I hate my body, I hate myself

I don't have much to say. Other than, I loathe myself. I am not in a good place - mind, body, spirit. I feel mentally, emotionally and physically fucked. I look in the mirror and I could actually vomit, I am so disgusted with the way I look. I'm 34, 5'4 and maybe 109 lbs. [...]
